Technical Center of Internet joins alternative giving initiative

This year, the Technical Center of Internet decided to donate money intended to purchase New Year gifts for its customers and partners to the Konstantin Khabensky Charity Foundation that helps children with brain tumors. Thus, the TCI took part in the international alternative giving initiative.

In Russia, the alternative giving movement has been developing for ten years, with more than 300 large Russian companies already involved. The Association of Communication Agencies of Russia estimates that the promotion and corporate gifts industry earned over 23 billion rubles in 2016, and New Year holidays account for a significant share of this profit.

“I’m confident that our colleagues will support this initiative. The feeling that you are helping children in a small but very important way, in my opinion, is better than any gifts. All participants in our event, our customers and partners, will receive a special greeting e-card this year, which we developed with the Konstantin Khabensky Charity Foundation. I wish you all the best in the new year,” said Technical Center of Internet General Director Alexey Platonov.
